General Radiographer / Mammographer required to work for a private hospital who are in the process of installing a brand new Siemens 1.5 Tesla scanner and you will have the unique opportunities to be scanning Neuro, Cardiac, Breast, GI and Orthopaedic scans with their brand new equipment.

Radiographer/Mammographer | Radiography | £28000-£32000 depending on experience | Reading | 37.5 hours a week

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Radiographer/Mammographer to join their experienced and dynamic team.

They are in the process of installing a brand new Siemens 1.5 Tesla scanner and you will have the unique opportunities to be scanning Neuro, Cardiac, Breast,  GI and Orthopaedic scans with their brand new equipment.

Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has 2 theatres, 3 recovery bays and an Endoscopy suite

  Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the standard of own imaging work
  • Providing highly skilled and specialised imaging for patients and to make informed decisions on the diagnostic imaging required
  • Ensure that the hospital radiology procedures are implemented and maintained
  Who we are looking for
  • You will be registered with the HCPC and have a min of 2 years post graduate experience.
  • A interest and willing to train within Mammography
  • Have good communication skills, and keen to contribute positively to the expanding cross-sectional service.
